Financial aid charging for Term 2 will open October 14 and close October 25. All transactions, purchases and returns, must be completed by October 25. The bookstore will have extended hours during charge dates.

We recognize that hours may not be convenient for all students. If you need accommodations outside of these hours, please contact us through email at bookstore@isothermal.edu or by phone 828-395-1633. We will try to find a solution that works for your situation.
Purchasing Books with Financial Aid
Financial Aid recipients who have awards showing on their Patriot Port account may charge books and required school supplies in the ICC Bookstore at the beginning of each semester. The Bookstore charging dates can be found posted on the ICC Bookstore page, the college calendar, and on the Important Dates and Deadlines page under the Financial Aid tab on ICC website. Bookstore Charges from the ICC Bookstore are deducted from the student’s financial aid award before financial aid refunds are issued. This service is provided as a convenience to students, and students are not required to purchase books this way. Financial Aid students wishing to purchase books from another vendor will need to pay for those purchases on their own and those costs will not be deducted from their financial aid. For students with the Powers Service Scholarship please note it covers tuition and fees only; it cannot be used for charging books or required school supplies in the ICC Bookstore.
